The summer league daily pick up sub fee will increase from $5/day to $10/day. Sub participation is not guaranteed. Please reach out to us ahead of time if you want to sub for certain days.

Summer league will be Mondays at 6PM at Hampton Soccer Park starting June 8th to August 17.
8/24/26 will be the hat tournament - signups for the hat tournament will remain open until 8/17/26.
You can sign up for the hat tournament through that link also. If you sign up for summer league, the hat tournament is free for you. If you are just signing up for the hat tournament, it is $5 (additional $5 for baggage). If you sign up for summer league but want baggage for the hat tournament, then you can pay the $5 for baggage.
Arrive early to warm up. Porter-potties and parking are available. PLEASE BRING WATER.
Soccer/football cleats are highly recommended. Normal USAU regulations (ie. 7v7 and regulation size fields).
Default shirt style this season is tank top. If you want to request color/sleeve length/additional shirts, please email us/put it on the sign up for under “additional info”.
Please read the Code of Conduct that every player will agree to abide by when they sign up to play.
Please sign up as soon as possible to facilitate planning. Discounts are available if you currently have an ACTIVE 2026 USA Ultimate Membership, if you choose not to receive a disc and/or jersey, or if you are a first time TWU league player.
USAU membership means that you have a USAU account AND have paid for a membership that has not expired yet, not just that you have a USAU number. You do not need one to play/sign up for league. First time player means that this your first time playing with Tidewater Ultimate.
If you are a no-show and/or do not communicate, we will redistribute your jersey and discs. No refunds will be offered without communicated extenuating circumstances.
The waiver is for the calendar year. If you participated in winter/spring league, you do not have do them. You have 3 ways of completing your waiver. The waiver is mandatory and must be completed before you play.
You can fill it out several ways:
1. You can sign it digitally and send it to us (tidewaterultimate@gmail.com).
2. You can print it out, sign it, and give it to us. (Not the preferred option. It takes our focus away from the games.)
3. If you have a USAU number (does not need to be active membership), you can log onto your account and sign it that way. Please send me a screenshot. It should look like this (keep your name, USAU#, membership status, and waiver status in the screenshot (sample screenshot included at the bottom). In your email please include this info (see below):
