In partnership with the city of Hampton, TWU presents Fall League.
We have added a sliding scale payment system to help those experiencing financial difficulties. If you are able and willing, you can also elect to pay the 150% to help cover the cost of running league.

If you are a no-show and/or do not communicate, we will redistribute your jersey and discs. No refunds will be offered without communicated extenuating circumstances.
Soccer/football/lacrosse cleats are highly recommended. No softball/baseball cleats.
Rules:
1. 5v5
2. 10 second stall
3. Field Size- 40 yds long x 30 yds wide with 15 yd endzone
4. USA Ultimate 11th edition rules including picks, travels, fouls, offsides
Captains serve as ‘game advisors’ that can help offer rule clarifications and coach players through arbitration.
Players are encouraged to call fouls
5. No zones or clams
6. Playing time rotation will be in place throughout the entire season (including playoffs)
7. As with other Tidewater leagues, players are encouraged to learn about call fouls
Default shirt style this season is a reversible pinnie. If you want to request color/sleeve length/additional shirts, please email us.
USAU membership means that you have a USAU account AND have paid for a membership that has not expired yet, not just that you have a USAU number. You do not need one to play/sign up for league.
The waiver is for the calendar year. If you participated in our winter or summer league, you do not have do them. You have 3 ways of completing your waiver. The waiver is mandatory and must be completed before you play. YOU MUST FILL OUT FORMS PRIOR TO PLAYING.
You can fill these out several ways:
1. You can sign it digitally and send it to us (tidewaterultimate@gmail.com).
2. You can print it out, sign it, and give it to us. (Not the preferred option. It takes our focus away from the games.)
3. If you have a USAU number (does not need to be active membership), you can log onto your account and sign it that way. Please send me a screenshot. It should look like this (keep your name, USAU#, and thumbnails of the waiver in the screenshot, sample screenshot included at the bottom). In your email please include this info (see below):
