Winter League '26 Sign Up is now LIVE!

Due to popularity and play time, we are going to cap men player signups at 50 or 60. We will keep women player signups open but may cap it at 20-30. If we see that there are alot of WMP/FMP the male cap will go down to 50. We want to have the ratio as even as possible. This will be a first come first serve situation. If you are a male player and baggage with a female player, you will be given priority.

If you are a female looking to sub on certain days only, please email us. We will likely take female subs but would like some notice. It is $5 per day and you will be required to show proof of signing the USAU liability waiver.

Winter League is confirmed at the WISC. It is SUNDAYS from 6-9PM (6:15-9:15 to get the previous sport group off the field). It starts January 11th and ends March 29th. No game on February 8 for the Super Bowl & on March 8th.


This will be on turf so NO CLEATS. Tennis shoes or indoor soccer cleats only. Highly recommend getting indoor soccer cleats.

The difference between grass field rules and indoor rules will be:

  • 5v5

  • Continuous timed play (hockey subs)

  • No pulling unless it was the initial game start one. Not make it take it.

Jerseys will be short sleeved. If you wish for another type, please add it as a note when you sign up. Please sign up as soon as possible to facilitate planning. Discounts are available if you currently have an ACTIVE 2026 USA Ultimate Membership, if you choose not to receive a disc and/or jersey, or if you are a first timeplayer. USAU membership means that you have a USAU account AND have paid for a membership that will not be expired by the time the season starts, not just that you have a USAU number. You do not need one to play/sign up for league. First time player means that this your first time playing with Tidewater Ultimate.

If you are a no-show and/or do not communicate, we will redistribute your jersey and discs. No refunds will be offered without communicated extenuating circumstances.

The waiver is for the calendar year. Since this is the beginning of 2026, everyone has to redo their waiver. You have 3 ways of completing your waiver. The waiver is mandatory and must be completed before you play. The USAU waiver is available online. I will also email them to you during the 1st league season email. YOU MUST FILL OUT THE FORM PRIOR TO PLAYING.


You can fill these out several ways:

1. You can sign it digitally and send it to me (tidewaterultimate@gmail.com).

2. You can print it out, sign it, and give it to me (I do not prefer this method).

3. If you have a USAU number (does not need to be active membership), you can log onto your account and sign it that way AFTER DECEMBER 31 BUT BEFORE JANUARY 8. Please send me a screenshot. It should look like this (keep your name, USAU#, and thumbnails of the waiver in the screenshot). In your email please include this info (see below screenshot for this info):
